Native Mineral Resources Commences 2026 with Record Gold Pour at Blackjack

Native Mineral Resources (ASX: NMR) has commenced 2026 with a record-breaking gold pour from its Blackjack Gold Operations in northern Queensland. On 28 January, the company produced six gold doré bars weighing a combined total of 1,474.9 ounces — the largest gold pour to date from the Blackjack site.

This follows a previous pour on 7 January that produced a single 178.7 oz gold doré bar with a refinery assay of 60.09 percent gold content. The 22 December 2025 pour recorded a higher refinery assay of 63.05 percent gold.

Managing Director and CEO Blake Cannavo stated that the 1,475 oz pour marks a strong start to the year and reflects building momentum at Blackjack. He noted that drill and blast operations have resumed and that the company is focused on achieving consistent and repeatable output. Strategic planning is underway across the broader portfolio, including the Granite Castle and Great Britain deposits and joint venture interests.

The next gold pour is expected by mid-February. NMR has already recorded over AUD 10 million in gold outturn revenue from the early 2026 smelting activity.

In operational developments, NMR has recommenced drill and blast programs at Blackjack Pit and renewed its technical services team to enhance mine planning, scheduling, geology and grade control. Tailings Storage Facility Stage 3 Lift is nearing completion, and design for Stage 4 is underway, along with a new TSF development workstream.

Drilling at the Podosky target, part of NMR's Ravenswood Gold Project joint venture with Haoma Mining, is scheduled to commence next week. Meanwhile, the Far Fanning deposit at Charters Towers remains on track for a Q4 2026 mining start.

A broader strategic planning initiative has been launched to integrate drilling priorities, mine sequencing and infrastructure planning across all of NMR’s regional leases, including Blackjack, Granite Castle, Great Britain and Far Fanning.
