Sunshine Metals Reports Further Exceptional Gold and Silver Grades at Liontown

Sunshine Metals Limited (ASX: SHN) has announced further outstanding high-grade gold and silver intercepts from its ongoing grade control drilling at the Liontown deposit, part of the Ravenswood Consolidated Project in North Queensland.

The recent results from near surface drilling continue to exceed expectations, with standout intercepts including:

  • 30 meters at 6.68 grams per tonne gold and 396 grams per tonne silver from 17 meters, including 3 meters at 52.12 grams per tonne gold and 2,932 grams per tonne silver

  • 24 meters at 7.08 grams per tonne gold and 305 grams per tonne silver from 14 meters

  • 20 meters at 5.62 grams per tonne gold and 310 grams per tonne silver from 8 meters

  • Multiple other high-grade intercepts ranging from 4.19 to 8.28 grams per tonne gold and up to 592 grams per tonne silver across various drill holes

A total of 82 holes covering 3,216 meters have now been completed from the 121-hole (5,223 meter) RC grade control program. Assay results for 68 holes have been received to date, with further assays expected in February 2026.

The Liontown deposit currently hosts a Resource of 108,000 ounces of gold at 4.37 grams per tonne and 803,000 ounces of silver at 31.6 grams per tonne, with the initial Mining Study scheduled for completion in February 2026.

Sunshine stated that the results of this grade control program will inform an updated Resource and Mining Study due in March 2026.

Managing Director Dr Damien Keys noted, "You do not see results like this every day and our grade control drilling is often outperforming the underlying Resource model in terms of grade and continuity."

Sunshine Metals continues to highlight the strong near-surface mineralisation potential at Liontown as it advances towards production planning.
