Tambourah Metals (ASX: TMB) has locked in a $3 million strategic investment from global resource fund Tribeca Investment Partners, a move that injects fresh momentum into its high grade gold hunt at Beatty Park South in Western Australia.

The placement, struck at 8.5 cents per share, will see Tribeca become a substantial shareholder in Tambourah. Combined with existing cash reserves, the company now has approximately $4.5 million available to ramp up its exploration program at the promising Beatty Park South prospect, where recent drilling returned standout gold grades including 24 metres at 18.8 grams per tonne.
Executive Chairperson Rita Brooks welcomed the investment, calling it a major vote of confidence from a respected institutional player.
“We are pleased to welcome Tribeca as a strategic shareholder. Their investment supports our view that Beatty Park South has the potential to deliver significant value,” Brooks said.
The funds raised will be used to expand drilling across the full extent of the Beatty Park surface gold anomaly, advance other nearby targets and support ongoing development and corporate activity. With only a quarter of the known gold-in-soil anomaly tested to date, the next drill campaigns could uncover further high grade extensions.
The placement comprises approximately 35.3 million new shares, issued under the company’s existing placement capacity. Settlement is expected on 9 October, along with the issuance of 4 million broker options exercisable at 15 cents, expiring in October 2027. Whairo Capital acted as lead manager and corporate advisor to the deal.
The transaction caps off a period of strong news flow for Tambourah, which has attracted attention with a string of bonanza grade hits from Beatty Park South and further exploration planned at its broader Bryah Basin portfolio.
Founded in 2020, Tambourah Metals is focused on gold and critical minerals exploration across the Murchison and Pilbara regions. The company is progressing multiple projects with a combination of modern exploration techniques and strategic land positions in underexplored but highly prospective terrain.
With a strengthened balance sheet and a new institutional backer on board, Tambourah is now well positioned to accelerate drilling and resource definition efforts across its growing pipeline of targets.
